The Club and Coaches will communicate with parents in either of the following ways:

SMS
All major letters, dates or emergency correspondence will be sent to parents mobile phones via SMS. Example – Morning training cancelled due to heaters not working, the Coach will SMS all parents.

Email
All letters, reminders about entry closing dates and any other valuable information will be emailed.
